1st time I've visited this pub and was impressed. Bar man was very pleasant and the food was excellent.
Good for beer, not so good for high class cuisine. We had a great time and the serving team were excellent.
Recently moved to Twyford. By a country mile this is THE best pub in Twyford! Family and dog friendly and the owners are the loveliest ever. Garden is HUGE... with a massive outdoor green space right out the back and then a huge garden down the steps with amazing play equipment for the little ones. Great range of drinks and the hubby loves the live sports. Atmosphere over the World Cup was something else with the large outdoor screen! weve made new friends and are so lucky to have The Duke at the heart of our village.
Twyfest 2018 was an absolutely fantastic event! Great to see the local community getting together and putting on an amazing week. Shout out to all the sponsors and all the staff at the Duke for making it all possible. Made to feel really welcome by everyone. Landlord and Landlady are brilliant.
