This was always one of my husband and my favourite places to eat, sadly not anymore, the food is still good but the service is terrible, we went there for lunch today and for the third visit in succession we had to chase up our order, today we sat for 30 minutes waiting for sandwiches which had clearly been forgotten, when I mentioned this to a staff member he was very abrupt and said it would be another 3 minutes, no apology. After being regulars for ages, eating there at least once a month I must say that we won't be returning again.
The garden centre closes at 5 weekdays and not 6 as stated. Wasted journey

Lovely afternoon tea. Great value for money. Delicious cakes (4 different kinds each) scones,jam and clotted cream, good sandwiches. Really enjoyed it .
Father Christmas with teaI took my 4 & 5 year old to see Father Christmas and booked the Santa with Tea.Well it was superb from start to finish. Great value for money and the staff were exceptional. It was brilliant. We will definitely be returning next year. The quality of food was outstanding along with the present each child received. Fantastic quality. Thank you Hare Hatch
