1 STAR IS GENEROUS - Knowl Hill carries some fantastic stock, its just a shame about their salesmen. They had the perfect spec car that I wanted but from start to finish it was a stressful experience. Neither of the salesmen have a clue how to sell a car for a start, they let you do all the talking and dont seem bothered about actually selling you the car. They had the car I was after on sale for a good 4/5 months and still refused to negotiate a price on it, despite there being imperfections on the car like paintwork and tyre tread levels. When Id finally bought it I chased and chased for my V5. They said I had to wait 6 weeks for the DVLA to process it... 6 weeks go by and after a call to the DVLA, they had no record of change of ownership on their system! Had to go through the DVLA filling out forms and I eventually got my V5 through exactly 10 weeks after buying the car. Dont think they actually bothered sending the documents away. Shocking service. Shocking staff.
Knowl Hill is a 120mile round trip for me - using their services with a trip like this should be testament to their customer service, workmanship and honesty. They have assisted me when my car has broken down and other mechanics and garages could not diagnose, let alone solve, the problem. I have continued to use them for my servicing as they are approachable, contactable, honest and reasonable in their charges. I have recommended them to friends and will not hesitate to continue to do so.
Excellent service provided. No job is too large or too small, and the team are always friendly, professional, and happy to help in any way possible. I had the full detail and ceramic coating applied and the vehicle genuinely looked better than new.
Great service, now use Knowl Hill to service and maintain all our cars, even the more mundane ones as the rates are very reasonable. Service level is high with good communication of any work needed. Unlike most garages they are honest with what needs doing and also take time explaining upcoming work that will arise but can wait for the next service, never eking out unnecessary items early for their own benefit. Very happy to recommend.
Fortunate enough to be local to Knowl Hill. Whilst they've got some serious cars in their showroom, it was the workshop's services that I required for an Engine Light issue and rough running.Issue was diagnosed, part ordered, fitted and I was on my way with a complementary valet in just over an hour. Barely enough time for lunch in the pub next door.Outstanding service, great people, great value. Very much recommended.
