I will never go back again! I have been a patient for almost five years and since, I have not been impressed with their lack of customer service. Their dental treatments are not that great and very expensive. They do charge for unnecessary appointments and take advantage of the lack of NHS dentals around Berkshire. They should be ashamed and I will never recommend it to anyone
Dentist is great and all staff are lovely! I'm a very nervous patient and they have always managed to put me at ease instantly and gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. Would definitely recommend you pay them a visit!
don't use this dental practice. I never made an appointment, they sent a reminder letter that i have to book an appointment. I ignored the letter because it was just a reminder. I had to even pay for the postage, totally unprofessional.After few months, i rang them and asked to book an appointment with the doctor i was recommended by my friend. I was told i can't have an appointment because i missed my last appointment and dentist doesn't want to see me.
Very very pleasurable service and very nice experience with the dentist made you feel comfortable well recommended and gives you good advise
Re 3 strikes and out for not cancelling appointments: I can't believe someone has the cheek to complain against the Dental Practice when they are the one in the wrong! 'Forgetting to cancel twice in 2 years' doesn't sound a lot but most people only go to the dentist once every six months so at best they probably mean they forget to cancel 50% of the time! This is why it can be difficult to get appointments. They should be pleased the Dental Practice is kind enough to give them three chances before striking them off. I'm sure the reviewer would feel different if a plumber etc didn't turn up to an appointment and didn't tell them in advance.
