I found Lisa, Fitz and the team to be extremely helpful, supportive and attentive to my needs and requirements. They designed, built and fitted my dream bathroom for me and were in regular communication throughout the process to keep me in the loop of what was going on. Soooooooo pleased with my bathroom now that I never want to leave! Would happily recommend Kitchen & Bathroom Place to anyone wanting not just a great Kitchen or Bathroom, but a great experience.
I cannot recommend Lisa and her team highly enough, following on from all the good work that the installation team have done we then go in and fit the flooring for there customers and the feedback we get from Lisa's customers is high praise indeed complimenting on the excellent customer service that they had received from the team in the Showroom to the installers, always very positive. When initially called in, they seemed friendly and we were told they would be in touch. Nearly 2 months later we called them up and their tone had changed significantly and were basically told to **** off (in everything but words) with no explanation or apology for the delay. We're now fuming and feel like we've wasted two months of our lives.
