Very bad service. Always late or never turn up.Sent me bills for days they did not clean.Cleaning was good in the beginning with two people working 45 mins. Before I ended my contract with them they had 2 people doing 15 mins max (recorded on security cameras). No floors washed no toilets cleaned just a quick vacuum.
I use there emergency cleaning which was great and fast and now using them regularly

Would give 0. My father waited for them for 2/12 hrs , with them saying they were on their way. They never turned up. My mother rang the manager , who apologised saying the cleaners said they couldn't park nearby and didn't want to carry their things. She also said she would clean the property herself the following week. She herself, also then didn't show with yet again no phone call or indication that she wasn't coming. The cleaners obviously take after their boss. 2 mornings wasted. Really unprofessional behaviour and poor communication.
