A well stocked shop with friendly, helpful staff. Well worth a visit.
We have been attending Puppy Hour for the last few weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed our time each week at Hare Hatch. All the staff are friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable and don't seem to mind the fact that the dogs try and trash the place! We will continue to pop in to the store regularly to see everyone and use their free doggy scales!
Love love love this shop and the awesome trio that is Nikki, Sally & Mitch! Always get a warm welcome, the pooch gets a treat and some fuss and we leave happy! Product knowledge is amazing and Ive converted to raw dog after their advice. My doggy is thriving!! Also get the best healthy dog chews (potatoe starch based) on their advice.... we couldnt be happier!!
Where to start when buying things for a new puppy? Having been in several other pet shops and been underwhelmed by their advice, I was thrilled to get an entirely different experience from Mitch today. Called in just because I was passing, and so glad I did. Mitch gave me a full tour of products I would need and those I might want, was reassuringly knowledgeable on dog nutrition, had lots of useful information and advice to share (including introducing me to Puppy Club) and was warm, friendly and professional. Thank you; I'll definitely be back!
We love Pets Corner at Hare Hatch! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the store has everything we need to keep our pup well fed and happy! They're even happy to see us when we don't have the pup with us!
